Important Notice: Welcome to and thank you for using the membership auto-renewal service provided by us (hereinafter referred to as the "Auto-Renewal Service"). Before activating the Auto-Renewal Service, please carefully read the "Membership Auto-Renewal Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") and the "Membership Service Agreement," and fully understand the contents of each clause, especially the clauses that exempt or limit liability, which are highlighted in bold. This Agreement is a supplementary agreement to the "Membership Service Agreement" and is an inseparable part of it. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the aforementioned content, this Agreement shall prevail. If you are under 18 years of age, please read this Agreement with your legal guardian and pay special attention to the terms of use for minors.
Section 1: Definitions and Scope of Application
1. "Membership Auto-Renewal Service Agreement": Refers to the agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Auto-Renewal Service, including: the text of this Agreement, membership service page descriptions, terms of service, and updated versions of this Agreement. All documents that constitute this Agreement become an inseparable part of it once published/disclosed.
2. Auto-Renewal: Refers to the renewal method where the service fee for the next subscription period is automatically deducted from your iTunes account 24 hours before the current subscription period expires, in response to your auto-renewal request.
3. This Agreement applies to both you and us, and both parties must strictly adhere to the terms set forth herein:
- If you do not agree with any terms of this Agreement, you should immediately cease using the Auto-Renewal Service
- If you have completed any action that indicates your acceptance of all or part of this Agreement, including but not limited to clicking the "Purchase Now/Renew" button, "Proceed to Payment," or "I have read and agree" button, you are deemed to have accepted this Agreement, the "Membership Service Agreement," related sub-agreements, page descriptions, terms of service, and rules
- If there are any changes or modifications to the terms of this Agreement, we will announce them on the relevant page and notify you in any form through our website or client. If you do not agree with any changes or modifications to this Agreement, you may cancel the Auto-Renewal Service you have activated; if you continue to use the Auto-Renewal Service, it will be deemed that you have accepted all changes or modifications to this Agreement
Section 2: Activation and Use of Auto-Renewal Service
1. When you activate the membership service in accordance with the "Membership Service Agreement," you can click the "Purchase Now/Renew," "Proceed to Payment," "I have read and agree" buttons to activate the Auto-Renewal Service.
2. After successfully activating the Auto-Renewal Service, the service fee for the next subscription period will be deducted from your iTunes account 24 hours before the current subscription period expires, and the membership validity period corresponding to that subscription period will be extended. If the deduction fails due to insufficient balance in the iTunes account, we reserve the right to suspend/terminate your membership service.
3. By activating the Auto-Renewal Service, you agree that the service fee for the next subscription period will be deducted from your iTunes account 24 hours before the current subscription period expires.
Section 3: Cancellation of Auto-Renewal Service
1. Cancellation Method: Open the "Settings" on your Apple device --> Go to "iTunes & App Store" --> Click on "Apple ID," select "View Apple ID," go to the "Account Settings" page, click on "Subscriptions," and select "Cancel Subscription."
2. After successfully canceling the Auto-Renewal Service, it will not affect your current active membership service, and no further renewal will occur after the current membership service period expires.
3. You understand and agree that if you do not cancel the auto-renewal function at least 24 hours before the current subscription period expires, your iTunes account will be automatically charged. Once the charge is successful, the amount charged will not be refunded.
